How To Get There

Ferries connect the islands, offering a fast and affordable alternative to planes. While ferries are the quickest way to get from one island to another, their price tag may be higher than for planes.

Cape Verde’s two largest islands are Santiago and Sao Vicente, so if you want to visit Fogo or Brava, flying into Santiago is your best bet. From there, you can explore the beaches and towns on these islands either on foot or by hiring a taxi.
